Individualized treatment strategies of vascular lesions involving the aortic arch
Abstract：Objective To evaluate individualized treatment strategies of vascular lesions involving the aortic arch.Methods 60 patients involving the aortic arch vessels were treated in our hospital from January 2008 to March 2017,the procedures includes bypass opening surgery,hybrid operation,and endovascular repair.Results 3 people died,all of them are type A dissection,3 internal leakage occurs in the proximal end of the stent,2 of them disappeared when discharging.Conclusion The vascular lesions involving the aortic arch is complicated and individualized treatment should be employed.
