Effect of rehabilitation training on cardiac function improvement in elderly patients with coronary heart disease at different stages after discharging

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training on heart function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease at different stages after discharge.Methods 84 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected.Among them,36 cases were early group and 48 cases were stable group.The rehabilitation training was arranged three times a week for 40-60 min for 3 months.Indicators and 6min walk test.Results The LVEF of the patients in the early and stable groups was (40.09±6.11)％,(40.21±6.31)％;after rehabilitation were (45.71±7.81)％,(45.11±8.58)％.The LVEDD of the patients in the early and stable groups was (62.11± 4.81)mm,(61.51±4.62)mm;after rehabilitation were (59.41±3.91)mm,(58.92±3.56)mm.The LAD of the patients in the early and stable groups was (43.91±4.81)mm,(44.62±4.15)mm;after rehabilitation were (42.81 ±3.31)mm,(43.71±3.51)mm.The E/A of the patients in the early and stable groups was (0.91±0.42),(0.93±0.46);after rehabilitation were(1.49±0.44),(1.48±0.75).The Mind ratio of the patients in the early and stable groups was(0.57± 0.04),(0.58±0.05);after rehabilitation were (0.52±0.02),(0.51±0.02).Compared with before rehabilitation,LVEF and E/A were significantly increased,LVEDD,LAD and cardiac ratio were significantly decreased (P＜ 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).The 6-minute walking distance of the patients in the early and stable groups was(193.41±46.91)m,(194.28±44.69)m;the 6-minute walking distance of the patients in the early and stable groups was (358.61±59.11)m,(377.67±61.87)m.Compared with the rehabilitation period,the 6-minute walking test was significantly improved in the two groups,and the stable group was higher than the early group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training is a safe,reliable and economical method.It can effectively improve the cardiac function indexes of elderly patients with coronary heart disease at different stages after discharge,and has high clinical application value.
