Abstract:Objective To observe the relationship between plasma D-Dimer levels and degree of coronary artery lesions in acute myocardial infarction. Methods Choose 210 patients with acute myocardial infarction in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from August 2015 to April 2017.According to the results of coronary angiography, the patients were divided to two groups,AMI group(n=110)and non-AMI group(n=100),and the correlation between the two groups in plasma D-Dimer was observed.AMI group were divided into single vessel lesion group, double vessel lesion group and triple vessel lesion group. The level of plasma D-Dimer in the three subgroups was compared. The severity of AMI was assessed by the Gensini score. Results (1)Plasma D-Dimer levels were higher in AMI group (0.77±0.34)mg/L than those in non-AMI group (0.30±0.14)mg/L (P<0.05).(2)Plasma D-Dimer levels were different among the three subgroups (P<0.05).(3)The level of plasma D-Dimer and Gensini score were positively correlate in AMI group(r=0.516,P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma D-Dimer levels are higher in patients with acute myocardial infarction than those without AMI,and the levels of plasma D-Dimer may reflect the degree of coronary artery stenosis in AMI.
