Comparative study of the anterograde and retrograde sequential anastomosis on off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting
Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect and significance of different sequential anastomosis technique of venous bridge vascular on off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG) at the early period of post operation. Methods 112 cases of coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy patients, who underwent OPCABG for the first time in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015,were selected and divided into two groups:the anterograde sequential group and the retrograde sequential group. The clinical data of these patients were comparatively analyzed. Results There were statistical differences between these two groups in the following aspects:operating time, quantity of bleeding, mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time, respectively (4.02±0.47)h vs (4.32±0.36)h,(492.31±152.84)ml vs (597.06±169.99)ml,(13.94±6.21)h vs(17.76±4.21)h,(35.54±6.86)h vs (41.48±4.83)h.Within 24 hours and 48 hours after the operation,cTnI of patients in anterograde sequential group was obviously lower than that of the retrograde sequential group, which was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion The sequential anastomosis technique provides a simple, safe and effective way for OPCABG.The anterograde sequential anastomosis is superior in reducing the perioperative risks of patients, but long-term effect still needs further research.
