The guiding role of a-L-fucosidase on early renal damage evaluation of heart failure
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of a-L-fucosidase in application of heart failure related renal insufficiency in early diagnosis. Methods A total of 90 patients with cardiac insufficiency were selected from Jiangsu Subei People's Hospital.According to the results of BNP,LVEF and 6 minutes walking, the patients were divided into cardiac function compensation group (NYHA Ⅰ-Ⅱ,n=46),cardiac dysfunction group(NYHA Ⅲ-Ⅳ,n=44).At the same time,40 healthy persons were selected as normal control group.Cys C,glomerular filtration rate and a-L-fucosidase were detected respectively. The correlation between them was analyzed. Results Patients with heart failure complicated with renal failure,SCr,AFU were correlated with eGFR (r=-0.769 vs r=-0.500,P<0.01),CysC and eGFR have low correlation(r=-0.384,P<0.01),BNP and eGFR have no relevance. The level of a-L-fucosidase in Cardiac function compensation group was statistically higher than the normal control group (P<0.05).And compared with normal group, the level of a-L-fucosidase in cardiac dysfunction was significantly higher(P<0.01).Conclusion a-L-fucosidase is a sensitive indicator of heart failure damage. It has important clinical value in diagnosing early renal damage of heart failure in time and accurately.
