Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the effects of Levo and rh-BNP on the treatment of acute decompensated heart failure(ADHF) in elderly patients and its effect on hemodynamics. Methods Sixty-four patients with ADHF were enrolled in the study group (32 patients with Levo and rh-BNP) were treated with random number table method, and the control group (32 cases,Combined with Levo, dobutamine "Dbtm" treatment),compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment of patients with cardiac function and hemodynamic changes. Results (1)Cardiac function index (LDH,AST,CK-MB,ALT),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),heart index (CI) and cardiac output (CO) were compared before treatment (P<0.05).The level of the above indexes in the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).(2) There was no significant difference in the mean arterial pressure (MAP),heart rate (HR) and PCWP(pulmonary capillary wedge pressure) between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The mean levels of MAP,PCWP and HR in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).(3)The total effective rate was 93.7% in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (68.7%,P<0.05).(4)The adverse reaction rate of the test group was (1.7±0.5),which was significantly lower than that of the control group (3.5±0.8)(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of Levosimendan and recombinant B-type natriuretic peptide in the treatment of ADHF can improve the hemodynamic status and cardiac function of patients, and the side effects of this combination therapy are smaller and the treatment of elderly patients with high safety, worthy of clinical application.
