Levels of serum Cys C, NT-proBNP, cTnI in coronary heart disease patients and their clinical values
Abstract：Objective To investigate the levels of serum Cys C,NT-proBNP,cTnI in the coronary heart disease patients and the clinical value.Methods From October 2014 to October 2015,in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College,80 cases of coronary heart patients undergone coronary angiography in our hospital were selected as the observation group,according to lesion count of coronary artery.The clinical detection of serum Cys C,NT-proBNP,cTnI were conducted,thus these results were statistically compared and analyzed.Results Cys C,NT-proBNP,cTnI of patients with multiple coronary artery disease group [(1.81±0.18)mg/L,(264.5±51.1)pg/ml,(1.06±0.24)ng/ml] were significantly higher than those of the double group [(1.49±0.16)mg/L,(101.2±22.4)pg/ml,(0.09±0.11)ng/ml],the single group[(0.88±0.17)mg/L,(81.7±32.7)pg/ml,(0.05±0.06)ng/ml] and the control group[(0.63±0.15)mg/L,(51.6±12.3)pg/ml,(0.01±0.01)ng/ml],with statistical significance(P＜0.05),and these three factors would increase with the lifting of disease severity.Conclusion The clinical detection of serum Cys C,NT-proBNP,cTnI have good diagnostic and evaluated value,which can also be used as a predictor of the disease.
