Predictive value of the fibrillation number in patients with an ICD for primary prevention of SCD
Abstract：Objective To explore the predictive value of the fibrillation number (FibN) in patients with an ICD for primary prevention of SCD.Methods For clinical application of FibN,we used electrocardiographyand echocardiography data:QRS interval,QTc,and LVEDd (FibNVT/VF=LVEDd· QRS·QTc-1).The follow-up data was divided into two groups according to whether the correct cardiovascular events (ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation) and the appropriate ICD therapy.The difference of indicators and optimal combination between the two groups was analyzed.Results The area under the ROC curve of FibNVT/VF was 0.733.And FibNVT/VF ≥14.995,the sensitivity and specificity were 80％ and 64.3％ respectively.Conclusion This study results showed there was clinical application value of FibNVT/VF in patients with an ICD for primary prevention of SCD.
