Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical value of neutrophil lymphocyte ratio in acute myocardial infarction. Methods AMI and coronary heart disease were enrolled in our hospital. All patients underwent coronary angiography. The patients were divided into AMI group and coronary heart disease group. The baseline data of the two groups were compared and the relationship between ratio of neutrophil lymphocyte and acute myocardial infarction was analyzed. Results (1)Compared with the coronary heart disease group, the Neutrophils level (t=-10.501,P<0.01)and the level of PLR (t=-10.695,P<0.01) in the AMI group were significantly higher than those in the coronary heart disease group, and the Lymphocytes level was significantly decreased (t=2.603,P=0.01).(2)Multiple Logistic regression analysis of acute myocardial infarction,NLR was a risk factor for acute myocardial infarction(OR=2.116,95%CI 1.313-3.411,P=0.002).(3)NLR 3.528 as the prediction of the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction in the critical value of the curve under the area of 0.869(95%CI 0.824-0.915),the sensitivity of 0.831,specificity of 0.771,P<0.01.Conclusion NLR was associated with acute myocardial infarction and can predict the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction.
