The use of cold precipitation in patients with aortic dissection

Abstract：Objective To explore the value of cold precipitation in the aortic dissection surgery hemostatic.Methods 112 cases of surgical treatment of aortic dissection were selected and randomly divided into observation group(56 cases,infusion of cold precipitation and other ingredient blood) and contrast group(56 cases,except the cryo ingredient blood infusion).The infusion coagulation index changes were compared between the two groups before and after.Results Compared with before infusion,plasma prothrombin(PT),activated partial coagulation time(APTT) live enzymes significantly shortened (P＜0.01) after the infusion of cold precipitation in observation group,and fiber binding protein (Fn) increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01);PT,APTT,Fn after infusion in observation group were better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).Conclusion Cryo applied in aortic dissection in the operation,it is a good biological hemostatic agent,can be used to stop bleeding,can reduce the incidence of postoperative bleeding.
