Analysis of the values of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in patients with essential hypertension
Abstract:Objective To investigate the values of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography combined with ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in patients with essential hypertension. Methods From February 2013 to December 2015,pure primary hypertension patients (control group,n =125) and primary hypertension nephropathy patients (hypertension nephropathy group,n=125) were selected in our hospital as the object of study, two groups were given the ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and ultrasonography detection, and were given the correlation analysis at the same time. Results The 24 h SBP,24 h DBP and 24 h PP values in the hypertension nephropathy group [(88.28±0.44)mm Hg,(138.28±10.56)mm Hg and (57.39±7.14)mm Hg] were significantly higher than those in the control group[(94.58±7.11)mm Hg,(147.29±19.44)mm Hg and (63.98±5.33)mm Hg],and the difference wee statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the peak time of the hypertensive nephropathy groupwere significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and there were no significant difference compared in the peak intensity, area under the curve (P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that in the patients with hypertensive nephropathy,24 h SBP,24 h DBP and 24 h PP were significant positive correlated to the ontrast-enhanced ultrasound peak time (r=0.293,0.413,0.433,P<0.05).Multiple logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that 24 h SBP,24 h DBP,peak time were the independent predictive index to the hypertensive nephropathy (P<0.05).Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in patients with essential hypertension have good correlation, which can provide a new idea for early diagnosis and prevention of hypertension, and it has a good application values.
