Intraoperative stent implantation treatment of aortic arch branches vascular variation of Stanford type B aortic dissection 6 cases of clinical analysis
Abstract：Objective To evaluate the intraoperative aortic arch stent implantation treatment branch of vascular variation Stanford type B aortic dissection of clinical effect,and provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital between January 2014 and October 2016 using intraoperative stent implantation for the treatment of 6 cases of aortic arch branches variable clinical data type B aortic dissection.Results All patients were recovered,no perioperative death,1 case appeared hoarse,1 case of postoperative chylothorax.Conclusion Through the follow-up results of observation,the branch of the aorta vascular variation of Stanford type B aortic dissection patients,the method is reliable,especially in young patients under the age of 60,the use of intraoperate stent implantation treatment is a better treatment method.
