Analysis of the risk factors of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases in different age groups with IVCD evaluation and the key point of health management

Abstract：Objective To explore the risk factors differenceof cardio-cerebrovascular diseases in different age groups and the key point of intervention of health management. Methods The randomly selected 10632 peo-ples(suitable for ICVD assessment requirements)physical examination data in our medical examination center were analyzed and summarized,and their absolute incidence risk level of 10 years cardiovascular diseases was to evalu-ated with Chinese ischemic cardiovascular disease ten years risk assessment method and comparatively analyzed. Results Smoking,totalcholesterol,blood pressureand body mass index were four variable factorsin the risk factors of ICVD evaluation. Especially smoking men have accounted for more than 70% of all ages. The blood pressure and body mass index difference demonstrate statistical significance in 40-49 age group,men with systolic pressure over 140 mm Hg was 71.3% and female 45.31%,male was higher than female. The differences among all risk factors have statistical significancein 50-59 age group,men with systolic pressure over 140 mm Hg was 73.58% and fe-male 49.59%,also male higher than in female. The number of women with cholesterol more than 5.2 mmol/L was on the rise with age,50-59 age female was 68.56%,higher than male. By the statistics found that body mass in-dex,obesity standard along with the age growth and decline,male from 62.28% down to 41.97% and female from 62.50% down to 17.34%,the number of male obesity was significantly higher than that of female. Conclusion The absolute risk level of the next 10 years with Chinese ischemic cardiovascular disease (ICVD)10-year risk e-valuation model has a guiding significance providing targeted and direction for the health management.
