Effect of coronary intervention therapy on serum cardiac troponin T in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of coronary intervention on myocardial troponin T in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods From February 2013 to February 2015,90 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) were randomly selected,and 45 patients with coronary intervention treatment were observed,and 45 patients with coronary artery angiography were positive but without coronary intervention treatment.The average age of the patients in both groups,the sex ratio,the proportion of myocardial infarction,unstable angina proportion,the proportion of stable angina,arterial blockage ratio ≥ 70％ and other general information was no statistically significant difference (P＞0.05).Application of luminescent immunoassay,two groups of patients before and after surgery cardiac troponin T (cTnT) level changes and identify potential influencing factors.Results Two groups of patients before and after surgery,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the control group had no obvious change,the cTnT value of the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Percutaneous coronary intervention in patients,elevated cTnT group chest pain in 3 cases,stent number was 2.13 higher than 1.15 cases in the control group,balloon time for (11.59±3.12)s higher than control group (8.94±3.17)s,expansion pressure for (14.13±-1.92)kPa higher than control group (12.04+±2.16)kPa,branching vascular occlusion in 5 cases higher than 0 cases in the control group.All the data above were higher than that of cTnT group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Coronary intervention treatment of coronary heart disease in patients with coronary heart disease,myocardial troponin T in the presence of a certain degree of influence,postoperative cTnT value increased,the myocardial injury or vascular endothelial injury,coronary intervention can lead to the release of cardiac troponin T.
