Abstract:To investigate the control effects of different microbial inoculants on potato continuous cropping diseases,Ba-cillus subtilis(T1),Trichoderma harzianum(T2),actinomycetes(T3),a compound inoculant(T4,containing Bacillus am-yloliquefaciens+Trichoderma),and conventional chemical fertilizers(CK)were used as the research objects.By analyzing the effects of each treatment on potato growth, physiology and biochemistry, yield, quality, disease incidence, and soil mi-crobial community, the control effects of different microbial inoculants on potato continuous cropping diseases were clari-fied.The results showed that microbial inoculants could significantly promote potato growth, improve yield and quality, while optimizing soil microecology and inhibiting the occurrence of soil-borne diseases.Specifically, compared with CK,the plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, root length, relative chlorophyll content, and root activity of the T4 treatment were extremely significantly increased by 30.39%,30.00%,35.97%,46.43%,23.70%,and 58.86%,respectively.Mean-while,the disease indexes of potato black scurf and common scab in the T4 treatment were extremely significantly re-duced by 65.76%and 51.17%compared with CK.In addition, the T4 treatment achieved the highest potato yield of 2 950.25 kg per 667 m²,which was extremely significantly 40.47%higher than that of CK.In conclusion, the compound inoculant containing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Trichoderma exhibits a favorable control effect on potato continuous cropping diseases and is worthy of popularization and application in field production.
