Abstract:In order to explore the effects of exogenous fulvic acid potassium on the growth adaptability, yield, nutrition and flavor quality of Chinese chive,Jingjiu No.1 Chinese chive was used as the test material, and different concentrations of fulvic acid potassium were applied in the nutrient solution.Six concentrations(CK,T1,T2,T3,T4,and T5 were 0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,and 0.25 g·L-1,respectively)were set in the experiment. The results showed that compared with the conventional control group, the comprehensive performance of the growth and quality indexes of leek were best when the treatment concentration was 0.15 g·L-1.Compared with the conventional control, the addition of potassium fulvic acid could significantly promote the growth and quality of hydroponic Chinese chive. With the increase of treatment concentra-tion,T3 treatment was significantly higher than other treatments, and the yield of leek was increased by 142.89%than CK.Compared with CK,T3 treatment had the highest content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll(a+b),and carotenoids, and the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll(a+b),and carotenoids were 0.131,0.187 and 0.024 mg·g-1,respectively.The net photosynthetic rate, intercellular carbon dioxide concentration, and transpiration rate of Chinese chive treated with T3 in-creased by 41.90%,10.67%and 59.31%,respectively.This indicates that potassium fulvic acid can promote the growth of hydroponic Chinese chive.Compared with CK,the content of vitamin C,soluble sugar and pyruvic acid in-creased by 64.69%,131.91%and 124.97%,respectively,and also had a certain improvement effect on the nutritional qual-ity of total phenols and hydrolyzed amino acids. The comprehensive analysis of membership function showed that the comprehensive scores of each concentration treatment were higher than that of CK,and T3(0.15 g·L-1)treatment had the highest comprehensive score. In summary, the concentration of potassium fulvic acid 0.15 g·L-1 was the optimum level of leek under hydroponic conditions. This conclusion provides a theoretical reference for the addition of potassium fulvic ac-id and the improvement of flavor quality of hydroponic Chinese chive.
