Abstract：Cucumber Fusarium wilt disease is one of the most important diseases in the process of cucumber production,which seriously affects its yield and quality.Presently,chemical pesticides are mainly used to control the spread of cucumber wilt disease,however this method probably induce many problems including increased Fusarium oxysporum resistance to pesticides,ecological damage,the decline quality of cucumber product and others.Understand the pathogenesis of cucumber wilt disease and the resistance mechanism of plants,then selecting reasonable scientific prevention measures is significantly reduces or inhibits the wilt disease of cucumber.According to this field about domestic and overseas studies analysis,the research progress of cucumber wilt disease in aspect of symptoms,pathogens,pathogenesis,resistance mechanism and control methods were reviewed,and the mechanism and research results of biological control were summarized,to provide theoretical basis for breeding and integrated control of Fusarium wilt resistance in cucumbers.
