Study on the rule of the fertilizer demand for detoxification of huilou yam

Abstract：In order to analyze the effect of different fertilization schemes on the yield and quality of the test materials,the huilou yam was used as testing material,the results showed that the treatment of T3 exhibited the highest output (3 105.8 kg per 666.7 m2),while the T1 had the lowest output (2 623.5 per 666.7 m2).The best quality was found under treatment T5,the starch,protein and vitamin C content of which was 17.67％,12.27 mg· g-1 and 7.83 mg· 100 g-1 respectively,followed by T3,the effect ofT5 was the worst.Different fertilization methods had different effects on the yield and quality of yam even with same fertilization level.The separately application of potassium fertilizer could significantly increase the yield,but the addition of nitrogen fertilizer didn’t achieve the same effect.In couclution,the optimum fertilization scheme was as follows,supplying the 80％ of the total nitrogen fertilizer and the 25％ of the total potassium fertilizer in the early,then the 20％ of the total nitrogen fertilizer and the 50％ of the total potassium,finally,the 25％ of the total potassium fertilizer at the last stage.
