Abstract:In order to determine the application effect of potassium sulfate magnesium fertilizer on pepper, the ‘haijiao309’pepper was used as the material, field plot experiment was made with complete random zone design. The effects of 4 fertilizer levels on the growth, quality, yield and soil nutrients of pepper were studied. The results showed that when the fertilizer was 100 kg per 667 m2,the single fruit weight could be up to 59.9 g,when the fertilizer was up to 50 kg per 667 m2,the diameter of the fruit was 39.9 mm and the thickness of the fruit was 0.44 mm,which were increased by 5% and 12.8% compared with the control. The application of calcium and magnesium sulphate fertilizer could improve the content of vitamin C and soluble sugar of the fruit, which was 7.6% and 20.5% higher than that of control. The application of calcium and magnesium sulphate fertilizer could improve the storage performance of pepper and the soil nutrient. The interaction calcium content was the highest under the treatment of 100 kg sulfuric acid potassium calcium fertilizer per 667 m2,up to 1 851.3 mg· kg-1,2.4 times higher than that of before the test of soil, the yield was also the highest up to 2 382.00 kg per 667 m2,which increased by 23.95% compared with the control.Potassium calcium magnesium fertilizer increased soil nutrient content and improved soil acidity.Calcium magnesium potassium sulfate fertilizer not only promoted fruit length, fruit flesh thickness of pepper, but also had the same effect on quality and storability.
