Isolation and identification of endophytes from stem of haploid turnip in Xinjiang

Abstract：The study analyzed the resources of endogenous bacteria from the stem of turnips in Xinjiang and identified the species by microspore culture and 16S rDNA sequence alignment.The results showed that 7 endophytic bacteria strains were isolated and the 7 endophytes distributed in 5 different genera,6 of them were rare acinomycetes.In this study,endophytic bacteria were isolated from stem of haploid turnip in Xinjiang for the first time,suggesting that endophytic bacteria resources were abundant and there was a wide range of turnips from Xinjiang.
