Abstract:The greenhouse leek was used as experimental material and was irrigated with ozone water at 1.0 mg·L-1.The effects of ozone water irrigating on antioxidant enzyme activity and nutrients of leek seedlings were studied through measuring indexes of the content of N and chlorophyll, the activity of SOD,POD and CAT,the content of water, vitamin C,total protein, soluble sugar and mineral elements of leek seedlings. The results showed that compared with the control, the content of chlorophyll and SPAD value in leek leaves was increased significantly by 49.06% and 21.34% respectively, and the activity of SOD,POD and CAT was increased significantly by 85.92%,108.09% and 66.16% respectively and the content of vitamin C,soluble sugar,Ca,Fe and Mn was increased significantly, which was increased by 27.41%,20.61%,33.13%,15.79% and 67.45% respectively. It indicated that the irrigation of ozone water could not only improve the photosynthetic capability and stress resistant capability of leek seedlings, but also obviously improve the nutrients and quality of leek.
