Condition of plantlet in vitro and growth situation of first generation of kidney bean

Abstract：The optimum conditions for tissue culture seedling transplanting and the performance of the first generation of kidney bean were studied in this test in order to improve the preservation and utilization of the kidney bean original variety.The'Liannong Jiadou 10'was used as material,and the transplanting conditions,growth stages,yields and the incidence of virus diseases were analyzed.The results showed that the transplanting survival rate was more than 80％ which was not severely influenced by rooting powder dealing,but it could reach 100％ under the turfy soil and the sand in ratio of 1:1,which was higher than other substrates.The flowering and mature date of the first virus-free generation seedling were both advanced by 1-2 days,the total yields was 2 193 kg,37.9％ higher than the common seedlings.The incidence rates of virus diseases in two-leaf-one-tip stage,vine stage,flowering and full fruit period were 0,0,1.5％,2％,which were clearly lower than the common seedlings(1.5％,3.5％,4％,5.5％).The first generation tissue culture seedling has great application value in production.
