Influence of low temperature treatment on pepper growth and yield

Abstract：The influence of the different temperature treatment on the growth indexes and yield of 5 fresh pepper varieties were studied.The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter and yields of pepper varieties were reduced,but the fruit weight were increased after the low temperature treatment.In conclution,the indexes of growth and development were significant changed by low temperature treatment,and the changes was associated with the cold tolerance of pepper.
