Abstract：‘Wangluo No.3’ is a new melon hybrid variety developed by crossing inbred line ‘B158’ as female parent and ‘B26’ as male parent.It is a middle-early maturing variety.The whole fruit period is 105-115 days,and the fruit developmert period is about 38-42 days.The fruit is elliptical shaped with yellow-green peel and light green-white network.The white flesh is about 4.1 cm in thickness.Its central soluble solid content is 14.5％-15.9％.The average fruit weight is about 1.7-2.0 kg.The commodity rate is above 90 percent.In addition,it has good fruit setting and small fruit cavity.It is suitable to cultivate in plastic shed and greenhouse in the east of China or in plastic tunnel and open fields in west dry areas.
