Effect of several foliar fertilizers on summer squash

Abstract：In order to screen out appropriate foliar fertilizer for summer squash,the effects of spraying four foliar fertilizers,Yemanlv 800 times liquid (X1),Lvyexianfeng 667 times liquid (X2),Greenleaf Deity 600 times liquid (X3)and Plant Prebiotics 2 000 times liquid (X4) at seedling period on the botanical characters,disease,insect and yield of summer squash in greenhouse were studied.The results showed that after treated by four foliar fertilizer,the growth of summer squash was promoted,and X3 and X4 had the best effect;the virus,powdery mildew and aphid were reduced,and X3 and X4 worked best;root rot of summer squash was not effected.The effect of X3 treatment in the female flower rate and fruit diameter was best,the X4 treatment gave the longest fruits,the treatment of X3 and X4 showed the highest single-fruit weigh and yield,Single-fruit weigh of X3 and X4 was 545 g and 540 g respectively,yield of X3 and X4 was 4 127.06 kg per 667 m2 and 4 043.64 kg per 667 m2 respectively.In conclusion,Greenleaf Deity and Plant Prebiotics could be selected as foliar fertilizer for summer squash.
