Effect of fertilization on the content of heavy metals in cucumber

Abstract：In this experiment,cucumber was used as materal to study the effects of different fertilization on heavy metal content in cucumber fruit after treated by quicklime and quicklime + organic fertilizer,organic fertilizer,organic fertilizer+ EM on soil.The results showed that the inhibition rate of As content in cucumber fruit were 17.39％ and 26.09％ when treated by quicklime and quicklime + organic fertilizer,which were significantly higher than the control,inhibition rate of the application of quicklime + organic fertilizer was significantly higher than that of quicklime application.The inhibition rate of As content in cucumber fruit were significantly lower than the control after applied organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer +EM,and the inhibition rate showed no significant difference between these two application.Pb,Cd,Cr and Hg were not detected in cucumber fruits.
