Abstract:By simulating salt stress of soil environment in Daqing region, the effects of different concentrations of abscisic acid on physiological indexes of melon seedlings under salt stress was studied. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,proline, soluble sugar and root vitality of melon seedlings decreased, while the content of malondialdehyde increased. The physiological properties of melon could be regulated by exogenous abscisic acid. The abscisic acid concentration of 1×10-7 mol·L-1 and 1× 10-6 mol·L-1 could improve the physiological indexes of melon seedlings, while higher concentration could inhibit. In conclution,a certain concentration range of abscisic acid can improve the salt resistance of melon and reduce the harm of salt stress on seedlings in Daqing region.
