Comparison of different identifying methods for oriental pickling melon (Cucumis melo var.conomon) resistance to Didymella bryoniae at the seedling stage

Abstract：Taking 42 different varieties of oriental pickling melons as materials,using the spray inoculation method at seedling stage and detached leaf inoculation,the resistance to Didymella bryoniae of the oriental pickling melons were studied.The results showed that 10 acceesions were moderate resistant and no one immune.In addition,significant positive correlations were observed between the lesion radii of detached leaf assay and the results by spray inoculation at seedling stage.
