Abstract:According to the climatic characteristics in spring in the north area of Henan province, three sowing time tests including February 1st,February 10th and February 20th were carried out on seven spring Chinese cabbage varieties. The result showed that under the same cultivation mode, the number of ball leaves, short stalk, disease and yield were greatly affected by the sowing time. With the sowing date delayed, the number of leaves increased, the length of short stalk decreased and the soft rot became more and more serious. The yield was highest up to 3 794.49 kg per 667 m2 when the plants were sown in February 10th.
