A new bean variety‘Liannong Zixia No. 1’

Abstract：‘Liannong Zixia No. 1’is a early purple bean variety which selected from‘Tenen 5’בGerman blue frame Bean’. The whole growing period is about 85-90 d, the height is about 260 cm, and the first flower beigins at 2-4 node. Its fuchsia pod is round stick-shaped, 20 cm in length, 1.2 cm in width and 1.3 cm in thickness. Its pod shape index is 0.92, and the single pot weight is 18 g. The pod is soft without muscles with flesh pink seeds, and thousand seed weight is about 260 g. The content of anthocyanin is 56.46 mg·kg-1. The yields is about 2 700 kg per 667 m2. It is suitable for open field cul?tivation in spring and greenhouse cultivation in both spring and autumu in Liaoning and Shandong.
