Application of Beneficial Microbial to Melon Production under Mono-cropping

Abstract：To test the effect of using beneficial microbial on melon production under mono-cropping condition we tested the product“Zhongnong Lükang”in the soil with 2 years production of melon in 2014. The result showed melon root rot and Fusarium wilt incidence rates were reduced by 24.5% and 17.2%, respectively, with the treatment. The treated plant were slightly increased in plant height and stem thickness. There were 5.6%yield increase and 2.5%increase of soluble solids content with the treatment.
