Effects of EM Application on Soil Microorganism in Rhizosphere of Vegetables

Abstract：In order to study the effects of probiotics on soil microbial environment, the changes of microbial number in sever-al vegetable seedbed were recorded using dilution plate count method. The results show that soil microbial quantity in vege-table seedbed increased significantly with application of probiotics and probiotics application concentration. Soil microorgan-ism in different vegetable seedbed were different. The concentration in eggplant,cucumber,cabbage seedbeds were 0.3%, 0.5%and 0.7%, respectively.
