A New Muskmelon Variety‘Yongtian No. 4’

Abstract：‘Yongtian No. 4’is is a new F1 oriental melon cultivar developed by crossing‘Zhengyin 55’inbred‘A97-I-14-63’as male parent and local muskmelon variety‘B10’as female parent. The whole growth period is 93 d and the fruit development period is 31 d. The fruit is light yellow skin and pear-like shape. The average fruit weight is between 450 g and 480 g. The soluble solid content in the center of fruit is between 12%and 13%. The fruit is uniform and crack tolerant. The fruit ships well.
