Abstract：In terms of financial support and compensation for hospitals,the dual-track framework of"finance+medical insur-ance"adopted by China and Germany.Based on the comparative perspective of China and Germany,it systematically analyzes the financial compensation system and mechanism of German hospitals.Through the comparative analysis of the system design,deci-sion-making basis and fund supervision of these two countries,it systematically summarizes the experiences and practices of the German financial subsidy compensation system,and provides references for the reform and improvement of the financial investment and compensation mechanism of public hospitals in China.
