Abstract：The deepening of the medical and health system reform is being fully promoted,and the experience of Sanming Medi-cal Reform is being further promoted nationwide,promoting the construction of a high-quality and efficient medical service system.As an effective supplement to public institutions,social medical institutions should actively adapt to the coordinated development and governance of"public health services,medical insurance,and medical production-circulation",construction of"healthy com-munity",core competitiveness,empowering medical reform with digital technology,fully leveraging the advantages and roles of tra-ditional Chinese medicine,and strengthening cost control,to achieve high-quality development.
