Abstract：Strengthening comprehensive budget management is not only the requirement for promoting the implementation of rele-vant policies of medical reform,but also the need to improve the operational efficiency of public hospitals.It takes Yichang Central People's Hospital as an example to systematically expound the main practices of building a comprehensive budget management sys-tem,the specific operation of key links and other aspects of practical experiences,compares and analyzes the main changes before and after the implementation,and puts forward some confusions in practice,in order to discuss with peers.
