The Management of SPD Project in the Whole Life Cycle of Assets from the Perspective of Risk Control
Abstract：In recent years, in order to improve the professionalization of material management and the efficiency of material management, many hospitals have explored the SPD project cooperation with specialized companies(SPD project) so as to reduce the waste of funds occupied by the medical materials inventory to the hospital and shorten the time of asset turnover. Therefore, taking the risk as the breakthrough point, the risk of the hospital SPD project in the whole life cycle of the assets was analyzed, and the corresponding framework of the risk monitoring index was also discussed. The purpose included: (1) help identify the special risks existing in the project; (2) it was beneficial for the hospital to prevent related risks; (3) reduce the possibility of the hospital’s economic loss.
