Analysis on the Changes of Hospitalization Expenses Structure Based on the Cases of Cholecystectomy in China in Recent Years
Abstract：Objective:To analyze the composition changes of hospitalization expenses from 2013 tp 2016 and provide suggestions for further reform of medical service price and payment policy in China.Methods:Using the sequential and base ratio to analyze the changes of hospitalization expanses and its composition ratio.Chi-square test was applied to analyze the composition of average hospitalization expense.Results:In 2013-2016,the hospitalization expanses of cholecystectomy increased by 10％.Among them,the proportion of drugs was significantly reduced,while the proportion of consumables,the proportion of medical services and the proportion of inspection were significantly increased.Conclusion:The labor value of medical personnel was being reflected in China,and the proportion of drugs was controlled.However,the proportion of medical consumables and examination expanses were increasing significantly.The structure of hospitalization expenses needed further optimization.
