Dilemma and Thought on Health Care System Reform in Poor Area: Filed Survey of Lvliang
Abstract：Based on the field survey of Lvliang,it analyzed the challenges and the reasons of current health service mode.Suggestions on further reform of less-developed areas were proposed,including implementing resident health centered development mode and mechanism system;mobilize the whole society;coordinate doctors,patients,medical insurance,healthcare and medicine;take full advantage of family doctor's role as "health gatekeeper" and individual's role as "chief responsibility" of their health.
