Exploration of Blood Pricing Mechanism Based On Blood Cost Accounting
Abstract：The price of blood was limited by the state and had not been adjusted for more than 10 years.In recent years,with the rising cost of operation and insufficient financial investment,the blood station could barely mnaintain normal operation,and there was little space for greater development.In order to effectively promote the healthy and orderly development of blood stations,it was imperative to rationalize the blood pricing mechanism.According to the accounting result of an unit(200 ml) of 7 blood centers in 6 provinces and a eastern city in 2016,it analyzed the differences of blood cost,the cost composition proportion,institutional efficiency and the management cost,et al.It proposed to improve the blood pricing mechanism by clarifying the mechanism of cost compensation,adjusting the price adjustment mechanism of blood cost and effectively controlling the blood cost.
