Abstract：Objective:To study the effect of hierarchical diagnosis on optimizing medical resource allocation based on big data era.Methods:Literature analysis and game theory analysis.Results:It established hierarchical diagnosis model based on game theory,analyzed the effect of hierarchical diagnosis after introducing big data,established the hierarchical diagnosis structure diagram based on big data.Conclusion:Under the big data background,hierarchical diagnosis could give full play to the value of data,optimize the allocation of medical resources,accurate diagnosis of patients,and make a positive effect on medical institutions and patients.
