Analysis on Community Health Service Institutions' Operation Status and Medical Staff Compensation in Pudong New Area
Abstract：Objective:To understand the running situation and existing problems of community health service institutions in Pudong New Area.Methods:The data were drawn from the annual report of medical statistics and analyzed by description statistic methods.Results:During 2013-2016,the income proportion of drugs in the community health service institutions was the highest,with the proportion rising year by year;the proportion of medical expenses in the spending was the highest and the proportion rise year by year;the income and payment ratio of community health service institutions in 2011-2016 in the Pudong New Area increased year by year,and the fiscal subsidy proportion also increased;the income of the staffs in the community health service institutions kept increasing,and merit pay was the income subject.Conclusion:In the implementation of the policy of essential drug and separation between revenue and expenditure,governments should improve the comprehensive evaluation system and performance appraisal,so as to enhance the medical staffs' motivation.
