Discussion on Constructing Talent Training Framework Management for Talents in Hospitals Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
Abstract：There were a variety of talents in public hospitals,each of whom followed a specific path for cultivation and development.Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) theory,it exemplified a framework for talent training in public hospitals,regarding law of talent development as a core,and provide theoretical evidence for talent dynamic tracking management.
