Research on the Regional Development Status of Health Insurance in China from 2006 to 2015
Abstract:Objective:Empirical analysis was conducted on the development situation of China's health insurance in the past 10 years and the empirical analysis of regional differences,so as to put forward policy suggestions for the balanced development of health insurance.Methods:The overall differences,regional differences and inter-provincial differences of health insurance were analyzed and evaluated by the Theil coefficient.Results:Health insurance premium income increased rapidly,but the premium depth and per capital premium were still low.From the perspective of premium income,there was a serious imbalance in the whole country,and the differences between the provinces in the region became more and more important,and the eastern and western regions were more prominent.Based on the insurance density,the provinces and cities across China developed rapidly,but the imbalance between provinces and cities became worse,and the extreme difference increased from 269 yuan to 1 072 yuan.Conclusion:Insurance company should combine the customer demand innovation health insurance product and service,further raise average per capital premium level of Chi nese health insurance.The government should actively promote the combination of commercial insurance and basic medical treatment,and make full use of the role of commercial health insurance in reducing medical expenses.More detailed division of health insurance areas,targeted,multilevel regional development were needed.
