Analysis on the Operation of Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance in Hubei Province from 2012 to 2016
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the income and expenditure of the Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance in Hubei Province and its operation,so as to provide references for the improvement of the medical insurance policy in Hubei.Methods:The survey data came from the medical insurance statistical report of urban residents in Hubei.After finishing the data,SPSS was used to conduct the statistical analysis.Results:The number of urban residents insured in Hubei Province decreased by years.The scale of medical insurance fund increased by years.In general,the medical insurance operation was in good condition,but the residents' hospitalization structure was irrational.At the county level,the medical insurance fund operating status had more potential risks.Conclusion:After the implementation of urban and rural resident health insurance,it needed to further strengthen the fund collection efforts;strengthen the fund budgetary final accounts management to deepen the reform of health care spending;intelligent regulatory constraints treatment services to crack down fraud behavior;improve the grading diagnosis and treatment system to guide residents to seek reasonable medical treatment.
