Analysis on the Correlation of Financial Subsidies Income and Operation Condition of Qingdao Municipal Public hospitals
Abstract：Objective:To explore the correlation relationship between financial subsidies income and hospital operation.Methods:Based on 13 municipal hospitals of Qingdao,it focused on the financial subsidies income and hospital operation to conduct the descriptive analysis on compensation situation of public hospitals,and explore the correlation of financial subsidy income and public hospital operation.Results:The government subsidy income of the Qingdao municipal public hospitals showed increasing trend by years,while the proportion of the government subsidy income showed decreasing trend by years.The composition of total revenue was not reasonable;the drug proportion showed decreasing trend,but the proportion was still on the high side.There was positive correlation or negative correlation between financial subsidies income and hospital operation(including average employee business income per capita,average stay length per capita,average outpatient expense,management cost rate,heath materials for medical income above 100 yuan and employee income per capita).Conclusion:It should improve the top-level design,clarify the government input boundary,improve the government input mechanism,and carry out refinement hospital whole cost accounting supported by the information construction.
