Suggestion on Further Improvement of the Compensation Mechanism in Public Hospitals
Abstract：According to the requirement of public hospital reform,further implementation was needed to for current public hospitals compensation mechanism to improve the hospital establishing a new mechanism and modern hospital management system to maintain public welfare,mobilize enthusiasm and ensure sustainability.By optimizing the development circle of public hospitals,establishing a dynamic price adjustment mechanism for medical services,perfecting medical insurance system to control the medical expense,fully implement the supervision and accountability in the reform of compensation mechanism,the overall promotion of China's health care reform would be contributed.
