Exploring the Annual Pay for Physicians and Promoting the Reform of Public Hospital Salary System
Abstract：Promoting the reform of the public hospital payment system and establishing a system to suit with the industry characteristics were the important aspects which mattered the success or failure of health reform.It analyzed the current problems of the physicians' performant salary system in public hospitals of China,drew lessons from the annual pay in developed countries,and puts forward some suggestions on establishing the salary system of public hospitals adjusted to the national conditions in China.
