Study on Medical Insurance Fund Revenue and Expenditure Prediction Based on ProModel Simulation: Taking Heilongjiang as an Example
Abstract：Objective:Based on the continuous increase in the balance of medical insurance funds,it simulated and predicted the balance of insurance fund in the next 5 years by building ProModel simulation model of medical insurance system.Methods:Based on the data of Heilongjiang medical insurance in 2010-2014 years and maintain the growth trend of the variables over the past 2010-2014 years,while taking the data of 2014 as the basis and keeping the increasing trend of variables from 2010 to 2014,it constructed ProModel simulation model of medical insurance system to predict the health insurance revenue and expenditure in the next 5 years.Results:Simulation results showed that Heilongjiang basic medical insurance fund revenue and expenditure would face the imbalance risk in 2018.New Rural Cooperative Medical System and Urban Resident Medical Insurance for would make ends meet,although Urban Employer Medical Insurance would keep balance in payments,the balance would gradually decrease.Conclusion:It needed to strengthen the health insurance fund revenue and expenditure risk management,which was the focus of the current health insurance system management.
