Basic Research on Medical Service Price Adjustment Scheme of Urban Public Hospitals in Guangdong
Abstract：Objective:To analyze the current situation of medical service prices and understand the stakeholders on the status of medical services and the reform of the cognitive situation in urban public hospitals of Guangdong.Methods:Using descriptive statistics to analyze the economic basic data of 20 hospitals in Guangdong Province from 2013 to 2015.15 hospital stakeholders were surveyed by questionnaire.Results:20 hospitals were accounted for 42.51％ of total medical income while medical labor income were less than 25％.Most of the respondents thought that the current medical service prices were not reasonable.Conclusion:Medical income was the main source of hospital income.The service income directly embodied the technical value of medical personnel was relatively low.The research provided the data foundation for constructing medical service price adjustment model and designing medical service price adjustment program.
